Integrity Foods is an artisan bakery supplying baked goods to stores in Winnipeg and other locations and retail from the farm at Riverton. We bake with the ancient grains spelt and Kamut in wood-fired brick ovens. The naturally leavened – or yeast free – bread is our signature product. Pizza Night from June to September brings people out to savor the taste and experience of pizza from the wood-fired oven.
