  Pretty disappointed. The free-range chickens at the farm are just for show - they serve industrial birds in their products. We stayed for the food anyhow, which was just meh. Their menu offered free pizza if you play live music for them, but after I set that up with the staff and played three concertos for enthusiastic patrons, the boss said, "oh no, we expect people to play all night," and reneged. They still asked to put pictures of me on their Facebook advertising. Seriously, whatever.

We bake with the ancient grains spelt and Kamut in wood-fired brick ovens. The naturally leavened – or yeast free – bread is our signature product. Pizza Night from June to September brings people out to savor the taste and experience of pizza from the wood-fired oven.
